Continuous Performance: While working on a project or goal the feedback feature encourages you to solicit insights from your stakeholders – team members, internal customers and the management. Get insights on your performance, real-time and incorporate the feedback into corrective steps. 2. Continuous Improvement: Use the feedback feature to trigger questionnaires around competencies – behavioural & functional. Get a 360 view of your strengths & development areas. Multiple initiatives for Recognition on a single platform


Dockabl now enables running differentiated recognition programs on its common platform parallelly. For instance, an organisation might want to run the following programs simultaneously:
  • Manager Rewards for teams on more functional competencies with monetary points
  • Leader recognition for demonstration of company values with non-monetary points
  • Peer-2-peer recognition without points
The administrator can set up multiple recognition drives from the settings. We have made the following choices available to the admin:
